Sharp corner steel tubes are greatly affected by their quality during continuous production, especially during welding, so our common welding technologies are automatic welding and manual welding. Automatic welding generally uses submerged arc welding and plasma welding, and manual welding generally uses argon arc welding.
Sharp corner steel tubes have good thermal insulation, long service life, and good corrosion resistance. Poor steel will have many defects, easy to fold, and the surface is also prone to unevenness. In the production process of pipes, iron oxide powder, and pulverized coal are mixed to make pellets or blocks, and 1 to 2 layers are laid on the hearth of the rotary furnace.
Right-angle square tubes are not necessarily stainless, and they will rust due to some external factors over time. Therefore, it cannot be used to judge the quality of steel. Once the oxide is reduced to metal and becomes vapor, it is separated from the block material and reoxidized and recovered as dust in the exhaust gas. The reduced iron obtained is used in blast furnaces and converters and recycled in steel plants. The recovered crude zinc oxide is reused as raw material for zinc refining furnaces.
