In terms of wall thickness, the maximum is 25mil and the minimum is 6.5mm. During construction, the most suitable application can be selected from a variety of specifications based on the actual stress conditions, so that the strength of the steel pipe column can be fully utilized to meet the project's requirements for safety and economy.

(2) Strong bearing capacity:

 

At present, the steel pipe columns used in engineering construction are mostly low-carbon steel. This material has strong shear strength, tensile strength, compression resistance, and other aspects. After being processed into steel pipes, it has a high level of bending resistance and is suitable for use in geological environments with strong bearing layers, so that its stress characteristics can be fully utilized to optimize the bearing capacity of a single pile, reduce the size of the foundation pedestal, and reduce the total amount of piles.

(3) Easy to adjust the pile length:

Improve economic benefits. The conventional length of each section of the steel pipe column is 6m, which can be extended by welding. If the buried depth of the bearing layer changes, the steel pipe pile can be welded or cut according to the pile sinking situation. In addition, the part cut out of the steel pipe column can also be used in welding other steel pipe columns, avoiding the waste of resources.
