Inspection And Acceptance Of Steel Pipe Scaffolding Structural Accessorie

1. The inspection of new steel pipes should comply with the following regulations:
(1) There should be a product quality certificate;
(2) There should be a quality inspection report;
(3) The surface of the steel pipe should be straight and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, misalignment, hard bends, burrs, indentations and deep scratches;
(4) Deviations in the outer diameter, wall thickness, end face, etc. of steel pipes shall respectively comply with the provisions of Table 8.1.5 of this specification;
(5) Steel pipes must be coated with anti-rust paint.

2. The inspection of old steel pipes should comply with the following regulations:
Rust inspection should be done annually. During the inspection, three steel pipes should be extracted from the severely corroded steel pipes, and samples should be cut transversely at the severely corroded parts of each pipe for inspection. When the corrosion depth exceeds the specified value, it shall not be used;
3. The acceptance of fasteners should meet the following requirements:
(1) New fasteners should have a production license, a test report from a statutory testing unit, and a product quality certificate.
(2) The quality of old fasteners should be inspected before use. Those with cracks or deformations are strictly prohibited from use. Bolts with slippage must be replaced;
(3) Both new and old fasteners should be rust-proofed.
4. The inspection of scaffolding boards should meet the following requirements:
(1) The inspection of stamped steel scaffolding boards should meet the following requirements: New scaffolding boards should have product quality.
(2) The inspection of wooden scaffolding boards should comply with the following regulations: the width of wooden scaffolding boards should not be less than 200mm, and the thickness should not be less than 50mm; decayed scaffolding boards shall not be used; bamboo scaffolding boards shall not be used. The materials of fence scaffolding and bamboo skewer scaffolding should comply with the regulations.
5. The tightening torque of fastener bolts after installation should be checked with a torque wrench, and the sampling method should be based on the principle of random distribution. Sampling inspection number and quality judgment standards. Those that fail must be tightened again until they pass.
