Steel Pipe Tower

The transmission line tower is a power transmission structure. Their structural qualities include the fact that all forms of steel pipe towers are space truss structures, and the rods are primarily made of single equilateral angle steel or combined angle steel. The materials are mainly ASTM A53 GRB and BS4360 Gr 40D, with coarse wire used to link the rods. Angle steel, connecting steel plates, steel pipes, and bolts make up the entire tower. Individual components, such as tower feet, are welded together by many steel plates, making hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion, shipping, and building erection incredibly simple. 

The pole towers include self-supporting steel towers (angle steel towers, steel pipe towers, large-span towers), guyed iron towers, steel pipe poles, wooden poles, concrete poles (ordinary, prestressed, thin-walled steel pipes)

Steel sections must be hot rolled and items must be punched as drawings requested by the engineer. Attention must be paid to the dimensions, locations, and diameters of the holes. Steel should be totally hot-dipped galvanized.
