Pickled coil
Next is cold rolled coil manufacturing. Cold-rolled coil refers to the further processing of hot-rolled or hot-rolled pickled coil at room temperature. After multiple cold-rolling operations, the thickness, width, and other dimensions of the product are further controlled to obtain higher flatness and precision. This process needs to ensure the good condition of cold rolling equipment, the quality of rolling rolls, the reasonable use of cooling lubricants, etc., to ensure that the flatness, flatness, surface roughness, and other indicators of the product meet the requirements.

Cold rolled coil
The last is the manufacture of zinc aluminum magnesium coils. Zinc-aluminum-magnesium coil refers to the coating treatment of the surface by hot-dip plating and other processes on the basis of cold-rolled coils to improve the corrosion resistance, adhesion, and weathering resistance of the product. This process requires the design and adjustment of the coating formula according to the requirements of different materials and application fields, so as to ensure that the coating thickness, shape, composition, etc. of the product meet the relevant standards and technical specifications.
