After the brackets and components arrive at the site, check whether the outer packaging is deformed or damaged. If there is any damage, contact the manufacturer in time for replacement.

2. After on-site verification before construction, if there are no problems, measure and set out the lines according to the baseline position shown in the drawing, at right angles to the control matrix. Calculate the design drawings to determine the usage area of bracket guide rails, accessories, and components, and load materials in batches according to the distribution area and construction process.

According to the design drawings, first position and lay out the color steel roof with positioning fixtures, and then install the guide rails. Pay attention to the fixtures, the same row of component guide rails, and the spacing between two adjacent rows of component guide rails. During installation, the order of the middle section, both end sections, and guide rail joints should be carried out. After installing the guide rail joints, check the levelness of each guide rail, bend each span, and accurately check the position of the bracket. The spacing between the front and rear rows should be paid attention to in the design, including the required distance from the wall, etc. In addition, when installing bracket columns, beams, and guide rails, do not tighten the bolts in place at one time. Tighten all the bolts after all brackets are adjusted to be straight.
