Frame materials and treatments:
The overall frame adopts a keel frame welded from square steel.
The entire frame undergoes anti-rust treatment, including three coats of anti-rust primer to ensure that it will not rust easily after long-term use.
The surface is sprayed with custom-colored high-grade automotive paint or high-grade quick-drying paint to provide a beautiful appearance.
Main columns and supporting columns:
The main columns are made of × galvanized square tubes to provide structural support.
In order to resist corrosion, the main columns and supporting columns must be treated with corrosion resistance.
Overall structural strength and earthquake and wind resistance:
The overall structure is solid and has high earthquake resistance and windproof coefficient.
The carport can resist wind force, increase stability, and can withstand typhoons above level 12.
Top cover:
The top sealing board is made of brown (or optional color) sunlight board, which is riveted to the overall frame of the carport by riveting.
The solar panel is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and provides sufficient strength to protect the vehicles in the shed.
Footing and fixing:
The column feet are made of thick steel plates and are welded and fixed with embedded parts.
