Features of hot-rolled rectangular steel:

1. The material is uniform, and the cold-drawn or normalized state has lower hardness and higher strength than the annealed state.

The production process of hot-rolled square tube:

1. Raw material preparation:

Continuous welding production is carried out by a computer-controlled walking jog operating device. The computer controls the parameters of each process to realize the programmed operation to ensure stable and reliable product quality and production efficiency. The production line has the advantages of a high degree of automation (all processes are automated) and low labor intensity.

(1) The wire feeding device adopts a pneumatic wire feeding system controlled by a PLC control system;
