Technological production process

The production process of steel round tube is divided into the following steps: round tube billet → heating → perforation → three-high diagonal rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → storage. A steel round tube is made of steel ingot or solid tube blank perforated into the wool tube, and then hot rolled, cold rolled, or cold drew.
