The difference between hot-dip galvanizing and galvanized strip:
1. The functions of the two are different. Hot-dip galvanized has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. Physical and chemical reactions form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight structure. The galvanized strip is the outer surface of ordinary materials galvanized, which plays an anti-corrosion effect on the outer surface, and also has a certain aesthetic effect, but it is mainly anti-corrosion.
2. The concepts of the two are different. Hot-dip galvanizing uses the principle of zinc to resist atmospheric corrosion to electrochemically protect steel and other materials. The zinc carbonate protective film on the surface can slow down the speed of zinc corrosion. Even if it is destroyed, it will re-form the zinc film layer. The galvanized strip refers to the galvanized pipe that goes straight out, that is, the surface of the clarinet pipe is coated with a layer of zinc, which only plays the role of basic anti-corrosion and aesthetics.
