Steel galvanised coil coated is a thin steel sheet that is dipped in a bath of molten zinc to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the coiled steel plates are continuously dipped in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel plates; and alloyed galvanized steel plates. This kind of steel panel is also made by the hot dip method, but it is heated to about 500℃ immediately after coming out of the tank so that it can form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.
Production Process:
Since there is no heating during the production process, there are no defects such as pits and scales that often occur in hot rolling, the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, the dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled products is high, and the performance and structure of the products can meet some special requirements for use, such as electromagnetic properties and deep drawing properties.
