A rectangular tube is a hollow, square-shaped, lightweight steel tube with a thin wall, also referred to as a cold-bent steel profile. It is a square-cross-section steel section that is cold-bent, then high-frequency welded using Q235 hot- or cold-rolled strip or coil as the foundation material. The hot-rolled extra-thick-walled square tube's corner size and edge straightness match or even surpass those of the cold-formed, resistance-welded square tube, with the exception of the thickened wall thickness.

Rectangular tube product description Rectangular tube is a hollow square cross-section light-weight thin-walled steel pipe, also known as a steel cold-formed section. It is section steel with a square cross-section shape and size made of Q235 hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip or coil as the base material, which is cold-bent and then high-frequency welded. Except for the thickened wall thickness, the corner size and edge straightness of the hot-rolled extra-thick-walled square tube reach or even exceed the level of the resistance-welded cold-formed square tube. 2.
