The welding process used to produce these pipes is advanced submerged arc welding technology. This technology uses a combination of filler welding and particle-shielded flux submerged arc welding to ensure the seamless joining of steel plates with unparalleled precision and durability. The state-of-the-art equipment is capable of producing pipes with diameters up to 1420 mm to meet the needs of various industrial applications.

The production process of submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipes includes two key technologies: JCOE forming technology and roll forming submerged arc welding technology. JCOE forming technology involves shaping the steel plate into the required curvature, laying the foundation for the subsequent welding process. On the other hand, roll-forming submerged arc welding technology promotes seamless fusion of steel plates through meticulous welding processes, ensuring the structural integrity and strength of the final product.

In the case of particularly large pipe diameters, the production process may involve rolling from two steel plates. This innovative approach creates double welds that enhance the pipe's structural strength and durability.
