What Is The Process Of Making A Steel Structure?

1.    Lofting, which entails inspecting the installation size and hole spacing specified in the drawings, releasing nodes in a 1:1 big sample, gauging the size of each part, and creating templates and sample rods for cutting, bending, milling, planning, drilling holes, etc in steel structure.

2.    Checking entails inspecting the material thoroughly, drawing on the material the processing positions for cutting, milling, planing, drilling holes, etc., punching holes, marking the part number, etc. The following issues need to be taken into consideration: The material should be preserved as much as possible in accordance with the ingredient list and the template; it should be favorable to cutting and guarantee the quality of the parts; and when the process has regulations, the materials should be taken in accordance with the restrictions in steel structure.

3.    Cutting and blanking include the mechanical processes of machine cutting, die blanking, and sawing as well as oxygen cutting (gas cutting), plasma cutting, and other high-temperature heat source methods in steel structures.

4.    Straightening: Including the steel straightening machine's mechanical and flame straightening processes in steel structure.

5.    Shovel edge, planing edge, milling edge, carbon arc gouging, semi-automatic and automatic gas cutting machines, beveling machining, and other methods are used for edge and end processing in steel structures.

6.    Rounding: For processing, symmetrical three-axis rounding machines, asymmetric three-axis rounding machines, and four-axis rounding machines can be used in steel structures.

7.    Simmering and bending: Machines such as steel rounding machines, pipe bending machines, and bending presses can be used for processing depending on the specifications and materials. When using hot forming, make sure to keep the temperature under control to meet the specifications of the steel structure.

8.     Hole making: such as rivet holes, ordinary connecting bolt holes, high-strength bolt holes, anchor bolt holes, and so on in steel structures.
