1. Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe

Hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is a method of alloying molten steel and iron-based materials to form an alloy. It is a new type of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe that combines steel-based materials and coating materials. Hot-dip galvanizing is to pickle the steel pipe first. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, it is then treated with ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. 2. Cold galvanized steel pipe

The zinc layer of cold-dip galvanized steel pipe is an electroplated coating separated from the steel pipe base material. The thickness of the galvanized layer is small, the adhesion to the steel pipe substrate is strong, it is easy to fall off, and the corrosion resistance is poor. Therefore, in civil buildings, cold-galvanized steel pipes cannot be used as water supply pipes. Cold galvanizing refers to galvanizing, and the amount of galvanizing is very small, generally between 10-50 g/m2, but its corrosion resistance is much worse than that of hot-dip galvanized pipes.
