A rectangular tube, also known as the rectangular pipe, or rectangular hollow section, is a type of long hollow steel (as the name implies). Because the weight is lighter when the bending resistance and torsional strength are the same, it is widely used in manufacturing mechanical parts and engineering structures. The rectangular tube has good bending and torsional resistance and is also lightweight compared to solid sections. To deal with the rectangular tube well, it is necessary to follow these four tips:
1. With one end of the rectangular tube firmly blocked with a wooden wedge and standing upright (note: keep the outside to facilitate pulling out), pour the fried construction sand and slowly pour it with a funnel while it is still hot. Go in, tap the tube wall with a hammer, and pour until the dry sand has no chance of loosening in the tube.
2. Draw a large sample of the welded rectangular tube on the working platform: the outer circle radius is 50+ outer diameter/2, the inner diameter is 50-outer diameter/2, and spot welding detents at the beginning of the bend and the stop to prevent over-simmering or under-simmering.

3. Simmer over an open flame; you can also bake and simmer with a steam welding gun. It is relatively simple to simmer over a fire, and it is sufficient to simmer slowly, but if you are simmering with a steam welding gun, you should simmer the welded square tube section by section. Keep in mind that the part closest to the platform's bottom must be roasted to the same level. Otherwise, it will simmer! It is essential for properly shaping the rectangular tube.
4. Under-simmering (not enough angle) or over-simmering (large angle) can be corrected by pouring cold water on the inside or heating the outside of the fillet, and vice versa. PS: The sand must be fried because the water in it is removed to prevent an explosion when the rectangular tube is ignited.
