On 19 Nov.,2021, Jennifer Zhang from BUREAU VERITAS Marine&Offshore Shanghai office was glad to inform Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co, Ltd (TIANJIN-CHINA) to be issued the Marine&Offshore Certificate for its following steel hollow section pipe/tubes:
Welded C C-Mn steel pipe-square(SHS )and rectangular(RHS)
Grade BVA, B&AH32-36
Grade: STKR490 according to JIS-G3466-2006
Max dimension: 500x500x16mm
Its steel plate material will be purchased from BV approval manufacturer. Our surveyor will witness sample &mechanical property test according to quality plan(YTDY-BV-CP1701 REV0)after the welded pipe has been finished the quality inspection oneself.
Bureau Veritas Marine&Offshore has performed, at the above company’s request and in compliance with the requirements of NR320, a satisfactory assessment of the manufacturing facilities and associated quality procedures related to the range of the recognition.

The products corresponding to the categories listed as below are to be certified individually or per batch by BUREAU VERITAS Marine&Offshore in compliance with the applicable requirements (IBV products as defined in NR320).

Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co, Ltd has to apply for the periodical audits as agreed with Bureau Veritas Marine&Offshore.
